[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to DB Extension] Data Not Displayed

I am administering a WordPress site that is configured for MultiSite. The database was recently partitioned into 256 databases. The Contact Form 7 DB plugin works fine on the main site, but it does not work on our training site. On the training site, the plugin will display the number of entries for a given form, but it will not display the actual entries. I suspect that the problem has something to do with the fact that the database used by the training site changed when we partitioned out database. At first I thought that the plugin might be looking at the wrong database, but if it was, it wouldn’t know how many entries are in the database. I verified that the number of entries that the plugin says are in the database matches the number of entries in the new database. The plugin appears to be able to count the number of entries in the new database, but for some reason it can’t display those entries.
