[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Returned entries in database not viewable

  • Since I upgraded to Ver 1.81 I can no longer view entries in the database. It tells me there are entries present (e.g. Returned entries 1 to 1 of 1 entries in the database) but nothing shown in the settings panel and the original short code on my page that displayed the table causes the page to not load correctly (blank).
    I took the decision to delete all data and retry, still nothing.
    I tried deactivating the plugin and re-activating, same problem. Tried deactivating and deleting plugin and re-installing, still same problem.
    Then removed plugin and re-installed manually (first checking for any orphaned files/folders) but still the problem exists.
    Any ideas please to get it working again? I see no one else has this issue (yet) so can only assume local.

    @dazmeister: @php version 1.5.6: I think you need to get to version 5.2 (I actually test on 5.2.13)

    @jzomer: maybe the same issue with PHP version? To rollback (I haven’t tried this myself), you should be able to download verion 1.7 then go to Plugins -> Add New -> upload. And if that doesn’t work for some reason you could try manually putting those files in wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/

    PS. that nl.json file is being referenced by the DataTable in Javascript since version 1.6.something.

    I am on PHP version 5.1.6. Hosted, so no easy upgrade possible ??

    Even so, weird that the slash is missing in front of dt_i18n/nl.json

    Will try manual downgrade later (auto refuses)

    I see 1.8.2 is available (no changelog yet, though).

    Just downgraded (works like a charm)

    Michael,
    I asked my host to point me to PHP Ver 5.3.3 as I found out they provide this service (albeit unsupported) so I am now back up to Ver 1.82.
