[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Only two forms are showing from Easy Contact Form 7.?

I am using this plugin with Contact Form 7. I have four forms created in Contact Form 7. But in this database plugin on the first two forms are listing.?
Is it a limitation of this plugin.? or is it a bug.?
