[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Numbering the Rows

Hello.
Thanks for this great plugin.

I am having trouble getting the tables to show serial numbers for the rows. I was thinking of adding the numbers manually to the database but that would be messy if my forms ends up having more fields later.

Help would be really appreciated.
