Great plugin. However, is there a way to exclude certain forms from being recorded to the DB, instead, through the normal email delivery method? Reason for that is if I had a signup form that records all the names, I also want to have the regular comment from to function the traditional way at the same time. Is this possible? Thanks!

No, but I took a look and coded up an option to do that. If you want to try it, you will need download the development version and install it. It adds an option under “Database Options” in the admin console to exclude forms by name. If you try that, please let me know if you do and if it works for you OK or not.

Alternately, you could get close to achieving this by making the fields of that form not be saved. In the Admin panel, Database Options, look for “Do not save fields in DB named”. Note: it applies to all forms, so give unique names to the fields in the form you do not wish to save. The plugin will still record that there was a submission but with no data.

This came in at a perfect timing!!! Thank you. I am running the dev version and so far everything is working great. Only the forms that are not in the Exclude list are showing up in the DB.

I have made a small donation…since this is used on a probono job for a none profit org. :/

    Thanks again!
