[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Does not save to DB

I am using fast secure contact form Version 3.1.5.4 together with the DB extension Version 2.4 . It was working like a charm, and suddenly it stopped working. I think I upgraded to word press 3.4.1 then it was not working anymore.

I can see with phpAdmin the table is there and if I export it the data is there (in a funny way) but the data is not that critical as it is updatd monthly. I then uninstalled the fast secure contact form and the DB extension. I then installed them again. I can create forms and display the forms.

I made sure the check box on the form is ticked to export the data to the DB, and the email sending is off. I then publish the form, fill in the fields and submits the field. There is no error and goes through successfully.

When I then go to the DB options in the fast secure form, and I click on database it says that now database is selected and no database (form1, form2 etc) exist to choose from.
