[Plugin: Contact Form 7] This plugin is broken as of version 3.0.3

  • This plugin does not work as of 3.0.3. There is no link or menu path of any sorts that shows up in the admin panel, and I’ve looked everywhere.

    Obviously even in previous versions where this plugin may have worked, finding where to configure the plugin once activated must have been obscure. This developer, instead of taking the hint that perhaps it was too obscure and fixing the problem, decided instead to put a Google Ad on his website right next to the relevant question in his FAQ.

  • I’m using WP 3.0.3 and contact form 7. The access to the configuration page shows up as a tab under the settings tab.

    Thanks. I didn’t notice that at all. I ended up switching to Grunion since it seems to be the officially supported forms.

    I’m on WP 3.0.3, I’ve installed and activated Contact Form 7, and there is no ‘Contact’ under Settings on my dashboard (or anywhere else I can see).

    It’s not in the Setting menu, it’s another menu item below the Setting item.

    I am just like cvbeth — am not seeing it anywhere. there is no menu below setting. I am using the Weaver theme, if that helps.

    Not there for me either – just my theme settings menu (LightOfPeace) below the main Settings.
