[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Submission works but not recieving file

The form works great until I try to use to upload file. I put in a file (photo) and send it. When I check my email it has all the information I put into the form, but for the photo I sent it just has the name of the photo, but not the photo itself.

Can someone help me? Thanks.
