[Plugin: Contact Form 7] sidebar form questions

Hello all

This is my 1o post in Contact form7

I have a Real Estate site. I would like to add a form in every one of my houses (every post). A small form for “More info about this house”.

I would like to know what is the code/tag for include in the email I receive to know the post title. so I need some ideas for use this Contact for for this.

– What I need to do to use the form in my side bar?? just copy in a new text field my [contact] code??
