[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Sending Field Values

Hi,
After the users click submit on a Contact Form 7 form, I have the line below in the Additional Settings (of Contact Form 7):
on_sent_ok: “location.replace(‘https://www.akindvoice.org/schedule/’);”This takes the user from the Questionnaire page to the Scheduling page. How can I send the values from the Phone and Email fields to the Scheduling page as well?
