[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Sending Failed Issues

  • Hi,

    I have created a custom theme, in my front-page.php i have added the contact form short code like this.

    <?php echo do_shortcode( '[contact-form-7 id="26" title="Contact form 1"]' ); ?>

    However when i fill out the form it is failing to send in development and live envrioment. Is there something i have missed?
