[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Save file upload for later

One of our clients wants users of their site to be able to upload a resume as part of filling out an application form, but they don’t want the uploaded resume to be emailed to them, for security reasons as the resumes contain personal info. We set up the form using contact form 7. Is it possible to save the uploaded resume for later download. The documentation says the uploaded file will be deleted after the email is successfully sent. Although I’m not sure this is true, since I noticed the file doesn’t actually get deleted from the temp folder.
