[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Radio button selections not coming through email

Everything else is working fine, and I am receiving all the form inputs by email … EXCEPT the selections from my radio button inputs. Here’s the content of the Mail > Message Body area
Registration for the Following:

1 Day Teaching Through Play [radio-871]
1 Day Microshaping [radio-73]

and here’s what I have in the Form area:
