[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Plugin Does Not work in Widget

If I use any of my contact forms in the sidebar they now revert to a form that only asks for name, subject, website, comments – which is not the same as my contact form – and it does not work (click submit an no email is sent).
The same contact form on a page works fine.
Tried two different text widgets – still not working
