[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Permissions to Administrators only

I am a great fan of CF7,
but working with many collaborators or creating CMS-like websites with defined users roles, i think that settings about CF7 should be reached only by administrators or by selected roles in a configuration screen.

To bypass this i use to modify the code itself with current_user_can() conditions on menu install code,
but this means my modifications have to be applied again at every update.

I hope you’ll find my suggestion useful and that many other users will agree with my idea.
