[Plugin: Contact Form 7] No Hebrew language messages supported

My only gripe about Contact 7 is that it doesn’t support Hebrew language characters in contact form messages. When I receive such messages in my Inbox they have question marks instead of the characters.
Does anyone know of any other Contact form plugins that support non-western characters like Hebrew? Or any though for Contact 7 to introduce such support?
