[Plugin: Contact Form 7] No captcha, no sending files

Contact Form 7 working very well for me except the captcha and sending files. The construction of the form page still displays the message: “This contact form has fields for file upload (or for captcha) but the folder for temporary files (/ your / file / path) does not exist or have the appropriate permissions. You can create the folder or change its permissions manually”.
Please, what is it “(/ your / file / path)”?. Temporary files were created and permits writing. What to do? Someone can help me? In advance, thank you.
