[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Need to make dynamic registration form

I’m working on a registration form for an event held by a writing group.

I have Contact Form 7 set up to collect these registrations, but we really need a dynamic option to be able to handle the following:

– Allowing registrants to indicate how many people are included in their party (eg: one registrant will list 2 other people that they’re coming with).
– Based on the number of people listed in one registration form, the form should dynamically allow people to indicate whether all people listed on the form are members of the group, or guests of other members.
– Allowing registrants to choose a meal option for each individual listed in the registration form.

I know Contact Form 7 has a plugin that allows for dynamic text fields, but I need to see if a similar option is available for radio buttons and drop-down lists.
