[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Need help with checkboxes

Hello.

Quick question – how can I achive for my contact box to include this type of arrangment:

I already achived to put each checkbox in separate line by putting the

span.wpcf7-list-item { display: block; } to my stylesheet file. I would however like there to be another option to put quantity (as a text field) to the same line as each checkbox is.
