[Plugin: Contact Form 7] mp3 files get truncated to only 7 seconds long and second email doesnt get

i’m noticing when people use this contact form,
the mp3 files they’re submitting gets truncated to a 7 second music file.
additionally, a second email is supposed to be sent,
yet that email doesn’t get sent either.
why is this happening,
and how can we fix this?
