[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Making a Job Application – need help

I am setting up a job application with contact from 7. Instead of putting multiple instances of the employment history questions so they can put their past employment, I would initially like it to just show one and than have a “link” where they can click to add another and when they click it that it would display the questions again for a new employer. I have seen this done on other sites.
If it is not possible would it be better to just have a text area where they type in the info about past employment and have the option of uploading a resume?
