[Plugin: Contact Form 7] ISO instead of UT8 for lotus

Hello,

I would like to change the encoding for contact form 7
In fact the specials caracters are not well received in Lotus
How could i change the encoding by iso-8859-1 but just for sending the email and keep utf8 for wordpress settings
