[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Input box on other page transfer into field in CF7

I am trying to get the zip code input on ‘https://medigap-quote.com’ to transfer into the “zip code” box in the CF7 form on ‘https://medigap-quote.com/get-quotes’.

In other words, when someone enters their zip code and clicks ‘submit’, the zip code would show up “pre-entered” on the /get-quotes page.

Is this possible? And if so, what is the process?
