[Plugin: Contact Form 7] I need to send e-mail with empty body

  • Hello. I need to send an e-mail with the body completely empty, but I see that if I let the body field empty, it gives me an error about akismet that has anything to do with my problem (not a cache problem either, it only happens when I left the body field empty, and don’t even use Akismet or any cache plugin).

    The only thing I manage to do was to send an e-mail with only a space ( ) or a new line character (
    ) but that is no good for what I need to do. I need the body to be completely empty, ?is that possible at all?

    I don’t understand why you think the error is about Akismet, even as you don’t use Akismet. Could you explain in more detail?

    Also, why do you need to send mail with empty body?

    Because in the list of error messages, the one that I get is the one saying that akismet thinks my e-mail is spam.

    I need to send an e-mail with an empty body for using a mail2fax service. It’s a requirement of that system.

    What is the error message exactly? And what color does it have?

    When I edit the contact form, in the bottom part of the page I can edit the error messages that may occur. I have modified the original text and translated them to spanish, so I don’t remember exactly the original text, but it’s the last one on the list, that goes something like: “Akismet has considered this mail as spam” and the actual error says something like “Sending mail failed. Please try again later or contact the administrator”

    The site is on an intranet, so it’s not available outside our VPN, sorry.
