[Plugin: Contact Form 7] getting wrong ‘from’ address when received

fairly new CF7 user here.

I have this from setup and it works great. the only thing is that the “From” field is not working right. i get the form data/message but the ‘from’ address is eg. [email protected].

I have the field plugged in that i want it to be in the mail section but still not getting the right results.

how do i change this so the from is specific to the sender every time?
