[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Getting URL or Custom Meta

Is there a way to grab the URL of the page they came from?

For example, if they are looking at a product, then click to contact me to make an offer on it, can I add a link that would automatically enter the product’s name or ID# (meta) and/or the URL they came from.
