[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Generate checkbox based on dropdown value?

I am trying to generate a checkbox based on whether the user selects location 1 or location 2 from the dropdown; and then based on that, email the contact form to one of the 4 places (location 1, location 1 with checkbox, location 2, location 2 with checkbox)

I have created the dropdowns and understand how to use pipes to send the email to the options in the dropdown; but is it possible to add the checkboxes?
