[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Form to URL

I need to collect data from the form fields and instead of emailing me on “Submit” it should redirect the user to a URL based on the variables collected in the form. For example:
First Name: John
Last Name: Doe
Email: [email protected]After John fills out info above and clicks submit I want him to be re-directed (main window or new tab) to the following URL (3rd party website):
https://www.sample.com/com.aspx?&p1=John&p2=Doe&[email protected]
I think that this is called a query, but I’m not sure how to get it done. I need to get this up as soon as possible.
I use Contact 7 for our feedback form. I saw a plug-in called “Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension” and didn’t know if this would help.
