[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Form Not Work (not accepting captcha)

I am using Captcha Form 7 for the first time and I seem to be having issues with the submission part.

After I enter my captcha code I get this notice:

“Your entered code is incorrect”

and then this below it:

“Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again”
