[Plugin: Contact Form 7] form in footer, and grab page URL

Hi,

I’d like to place a simple feedback form in my footer so that it appears on every page. Obviously, placing the shortcode in my footer template won’t work. Is there a snippet of php that I can use for this?

Also, since this form would be on every page, I’d like for the contact form to grab the page URL that the user was on when the form was submitted and send that along in the email. Is this possible with contact form 7?
