When I receive an email that doesn’t include a file attachment the formatting turns out great. I have it set up to show the questions in bold and the answers without any formatting right underneath so that it’s easier to read. Ex:

    Name:
    CrimsonMai

However, whenever someone DOES include an attachment none of the html tags in the email will work. Instead the email shows up as:

    < p>< b>Name:< /b>< br/>
    CrimsonmMai < /b>

(I added spaces between the tags just for this example.) Does anyone have an idea on a way to fix this? I appreciate the help!

Edit: I forgot to mention that attachments are limited to .jpeg, .png, and .gif

This is a bug related to version 1.9.2.2 and 1.9.3

Hopefully the developer will fix this issue in the next release.

BTW, I have the same problem with attachments and it doesn’t matter if you’ve limited the formats or not. In both situations the attachments won’t go through.
