[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Fatal Error after upgrading to Contact form7 v2.4

    Hi,
    Since upgrading to version 2.4 of Contact form 7 I am having a problem. Can someone please help.

    I am getting this Fatal error –

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/wp/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7_24/includes/functions.php on line 104

    I have gone back to the old version which is ok, but I lost my forms

  • I am running version 2.9.2 of wordpress and recently did an upgrade of contact-form-7. I am now receiving the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/functions.php on line 104

    I am completely locked out of wordpress as a user and administrator.

    Does anyone know of a fix or the procedure to manually remove contact-form-7 from cpanel?

    wgnunn,

    You need ftp access to your directory. Once you get there just delete the contact-form-7 directory.
    Then your WP site should come up.

    if it doesn’t there are other issues as well.

    Thanks for the help. Any ideas in how to remove it and install the previous version?

    Thanks for the update. Just upgraded to 2.4.1 and it works well with wordpress 2.9.2. Cheers

    I wish you luck. Mine worked until 24 hours later, I couldn’t get into my site.
