[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Fatal error

So I’ve been out of practice with wordpress for a while. Went to install this plugin and got – Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpcf7_plugin_path() (previously declared in /homepages/24/d119793060/htdocs/poise/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/settings.php:3) in /homepages/24/d119793060/htdocs/poise/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/settings.php on line 113
when I went to activate it. I feel like I really should know whats wrong, but I’m drawing a blank.
