[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Error on submission of contact7 form

When you complete the form at https://www.johnharrisphotography.com/contact/ the email goes to the site owner but the visitor gets an error.
I have also tried to use the thank you page code mentioned on another forum post but this also just gets ignored and gives the same error.
I have removed the plugin and re-installed it.
