[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Email File Attachment

I have read all the forum posts on this topic and I have verified my syntax.

I also have the latest PHP, my directory permissions are set correctly, and if I have an FTP client open I can actually see the file show up in the temp directory and then disappear.

But no file ever shows up in my email?

Form submissions without errors and all of the form data shows up properly, even the submitted file name; just no actual file.
