[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension] how to prepopulste a dropdown from a CF7 database

Hi,

I have a CF7 coach registration form that contains a team name. The form data gets saved into the CF7 database.

I have a CF7 player registration form that needs the team name from the coach’s database to populate a drop down list on the player form.

Is this something the Dynamic Text Extension can do? I have no idea how to do this. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
