[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Duplicate fields (Dutch and English)

Hi guys,
I have installed WP 3.4.1 (Dutch) and Contact Form 7 3.2.1 and have the following issue. When creating a new form and add this, [contact-form-7 id=”50″ title=”Contact form 1″], to a page the fields are displayed in Dutch but also in English, https://www.puurwerkt.nl/index.php/contact/
How can I solve this to only display the Dutch fields?Cheers,
