[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Displaying tooltips via WP tooltip plugins

Hello,

I’d like to display descriptive tooltips for each of my form fields using the plugin Tooltips for WordPress @ https://www.a-scripts.com/wordpress-plugins/tooltips-for-wordpress/

But when I insert the code inside my form, the code simply does not render and the form displays the code like this:
[:ttip=”text_you_want_to_use” id=”unique_id”]phrase[:/ttip]

Is there a workaround for this?
