[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact Form simply not working?

My contact page is https://www.stevesinyard.co.uk/contact-2
My contact form is simply not working. I deleted everything and its files, re installed and set up, but when you fill it out and send, it comes up with the red box and a fail. Any suggestions?
