[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact Form not sending messages

    “Failed to send your message.”

    Above is the message I keep getting when testing my Contact Form on newly developed site. The site administrator has completely abandoned his commitment to me or to this site, doesn’t return emails or calls, etc., so I’ve no idea how to fix this. Please help? And please don’t assume I am techie/wordpress/internet savvy. Feel free to instruct me as if speaking to a COMPLETE beginner. I will not be offended, as long as you’re polite!
