[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact form 7 Validation Errors in Yellow Box

I’ve changed nothingn my blog, but recently, I keep getting error messages in a Yellow Box at the bottom of my contact form that says:

“Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.”

Can someone help. This has been working great for months, now it stopped working without me making any changes. This is the same for FF and IE7
