[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact 7 tag error

Hi I am using contact 7 for boxes on my website https://www.beabrilliantcommunicator.com
The mails arrive to my inbox on [email protected] where I have an forwarder set up to copy mail to my monitoring email. On a test the forwarding is fine with emails recieved via outlook but when an email arrives from contact it is not forwarded. and there is this error message

roger test <[email protected]>, [email protected].

what do I need to change in Contact 7 to resolve the problem here are the settings in contact 7
