[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Conflict with BuddyPress

  • Hi, I’m using Contact Form 7 on a site with only a couple other plugins installed. One of them is BuddyPress. When I try to submit a form the red error message appears, saying the email was not sent.

    I’ve used CF7 on other sites on the same hosting account and it works fine. When I deactivated BuddyPress on the current site, the form went through leading me to believe there is a direct conflict with Buddypress.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix it? I’d hate to have to use another contact form plugin because CF7 works so well (when it’s working)

    I realize this is a pretty old post, but i’m experiencing the same problem. Did you ever sort this out rjlicata?

    Edit: Well actually sort of the same thing. My ajax loader keeps on spinning. When i disable Buddypress, CF7 works fine.

    Buddypress 1.5.1
    CF7 3.0.1
