[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Checkbox to check all checkboxes?

    How do I add a single checkbox that will check a group of other checkboxes on a Contact Form 7 contact form?

    I see lots of ways to do this for forms where I have more access to the fields (using javascript and jquery) but don’t see anything about how to apply this to Contact Form 7.
