[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Change the Reply To Email in Gmail

Hey so how would you get the reply to email be the email message that the user supplied, currently it has the reply to email be the name of the my host (e.g. the from email is like [email protected] or something and I want the default email when I press reply to be the email they type into the text box.
Thanks for any tips, i’m using gmail.
