[Plugin: Contact Form 7] CF7 Works in Chrome but not Firefox or IE

I’m trying to use Contact form 7 on my page. It works great in Chrome but not Firefox or IE. I’m tearing my hair out. Googling suggests it’s a problem with Permalinks, but the site is live so… I can’t really change that now!
