[Plugin: Contact Form 7] CF 7 did not work

Hi, I’m having the exact same problem. The form has been working but all of a sudden it’s stopped. I get the success message telling me the mail has been sent but no email is received. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed, contacted the hosting company about any possible change in SMTP details and nothing has changed. I’ve also read most of the related posts on here and cannot see anything that would resolve this as yet.

I really need to get this sorted so any help would be appreciated!

Not working for me as well. Just updated the the latest version. Could really use the help…

I’m having the same issue of it not sending emails. Everything else works great, the customization, captcha, etc. It’s just not sending emails. I’ve emailed my host to make sure the two modules are installed on my server recommended for the captcha function, maybe that will help.

Okay, thanks for the update ?? Hoping it’s on the docket to be fixed because I was really impressed with this plugin.

I just emailed the developers and they say it is not busted for 3.1.2., so I’m back to my original query of my e-mails not sending. I did receive an e-mail back from my host and they said the two recommended modules for the captcha form are installed.

Does anyone know if this has to do with jQuery at all that this plugin is no longer working?

I have figured out why this plugin wasn’t working for me. The original poster’s mileage may vary.

I had set up my contact form to send from my gmail account. Unfortunately my host (and many others, I’m sure) restrict it so that the only emails that can be sent from a form such as this, must come from a domain email. When I set up an @mydomain email for the “send from” email, it started working.

So be sure you’re using an email address from your domain instead of something like gmail, or it may not send. You can contact your host to verify whether they have a restriction in place like this for their mail servers.
