[Plugin: Contact Form 7] big issues w/ forms

Can’t add new forms. It does thru the motions but it isn’t on the list of forms.
For some reason, there are 32 untitled copies of the 1 form I created before the latest upgrade. And I can’t delete any of them.
The good news is that old, published forms are still working.
