[Plugin: Contact Form 7] ajax-loader.gif doesn't display

Hi,

Thank you for the great plugin. But I have a problem.

Contact form doesn’t append the loader gif.

I have just changed <input type=’submit’… to <button type=’submit’… in submit.php.

I changed it back but it doesn’t any difference.
