[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Add new text field when clicking a button

Good day, I really like the plugin but here is my question if this one is possible. Lets say I got a button name ” ADD ITEM ” when the user clicks it a 2 text field will appear(name and quantity) where in they can input the item and quantity. It will be limited to 10 add item only(if possible).

Is there a way that I can do this way? Answers are appreciated.
